The key to the Apostropeel is that it allows you to prepare multiple fresh pizzas simultaneously, rather than being limited to making one at a time on your metal pizza peel. You'll also find that your dough is less likely to stick to the natural bamboo surface, giving you more time to top your pizzas before sliding them off the paddle and onto your hot oven floor.
When it comes to cleaning, if you've sealed the bamboo with the Big Chop Nurturing Cream you'll find they're very easy to wash up using hot water and a little detergent. Please note that they are not dishwasher-safe.
