I chose the Fire Brick Company for my wood fired oven because I knew I was getting the best product on the market. It's hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made.
First time brick layer, but I managed it. If you are building it yourself, take time to enjoy the process. It gave me a huge sense of achievement to complete.

The online tutorials were a huge asset to compliment the comprehensive written instructions, and we had no concerns or moments of doubt during the building process. It was actually a lot of fun, and my wife would forbid me from doing any work on it during the week days because she didn’t want to miss out on any of it.
