A Unique Design
Our Argentinian Grill System utilises a bespoke Bronze and Stainless Worm Gear Set to deliver smooth, self-braked lifting and lowering of the Variable Grill Rack. The lifting force is transferred to the Variable Rack via stainless steel roller chain, rather than wire rope which will eventually fray and snap due to metal fatigue.
Insulated Firebox
The roaring heart of our grills is the Firebox, made in 2mm thick stainless steel which is lined with 50mm of Calcium Silicate Board, followed by 25mm of Refractory Fire Brick rated to over 1350°C. This insulation means that our Grills can be built into timber cabinetry, providing either 18mm of compressed cement sheet, or 20mm of natural stone like Granite is used to line the cabinetry.
